These Terms of Use apply to Skill4ltu Index, the 3D viewer, connected APIs, and the Skill4ltu Mod features made available through this website.

1. Ownership and Scope

Except where third-party rights apply, Skill4ltu Index owns or controls the original content created for this service, including our site copy, source code, analytics presentation, telemetry aggregations, reconstructed 3D viewer assets, derived internal-module visualizations, annotations, layout, and branding.

These terms do not claim ownership of World of Tanks, Wargaming intellectual property, trademarks, or other third-party rights. This website and viewer are unofficial and are not endorsed by Wargaming.

2. Limited License

You may access and use the website, 3D viewer, and related features for personal viewing and normal product use only. This license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable third-party platform rules.

3. Prohibited Use

  • You may not extract, scrape, download in bulk, mirror, rehost, or republish our original viewer assets, analytics output, annotations, or source code.
  • You may not redistribute our original 3D reconstructions, build derivative asset packs from them, or package them into other mods, sites, tools, or databases without written permission.
  • You may not capture, publish, distribute, stream, embed, or otherwise publicly showcase our internal-module content, including screenshots, screen recordings, clips, livestream segments, or comparable visual reproductions, without prior written permission.
  • You may not publish or distribute videos, posts, threads, galleries, compilations, or databases that showcase multiple vehicles, substantial parts of our internal-module library, or repeated access to our viewer output without prior written permission.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, export, or reuse our telemetry-derived module layouts, estimated module positions, shapes, sizes, annotations, datasets, or other reconstruction outputs in any public or commercial context without written permission.
  • You may not use our original content, datasets, or viewer output for machine learning, model training, benchmarking, commercial exploitation, or resale without written permission.
  • You may not bypass access controls, rate limits, technical restrictions, or attribution and notice requirements.

4. Mod Telemetry and Service Data

If you use the Skill4ltu Mod or connected website features, you authorize the collection, transmission, aggregation, and analysis of gameplay telemetry, operational logs, and related technical data required to provide analytics, viewer functionality, service improvements, moderation, and abuse prevention.

5. Third-Party Rights and Game Property

World of Tanks, Wargaming.net, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or license to third-party intellectual property except as expressly permitted by the relevant rights holder.

6. Enforcement

We may remove access, block abusive use, preserve access logs and technical evidence, issue platform complaints or takedown requests, and pursue other available remedies for violations of these terms.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, public showcasing, or publication of our original module reconstructions, viewer output, screenshots, recordings, datasets, annotations, or related materials may result in copyright complaints, platform enforcement, account restrictions, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
