Most players will NOT make this tank work.

Even though the DPM is excellent, using it properly requires playing very aggressively in a paper tank.
I want to highlight that the mobility is laughable for a wheeled tank, it just feels slow. 
To add salt to the wound, the gun handling is worse than the stats suggest. 
The Cooling mechanic is a joke. 

In my opinion, the worst Assembly Shop tank so far.

Gun Handling notes: Fully cooled is 4-4.5 uncooled its 2-3.
