This tank has an epic gun and is excellent at snap shooting. However, it is slow and its armour is unreliable, making it difficult to play.

Accelerates repairs to damaged modules. The effective skill level is averaged across the entire crew. This skill is cumulative with the effects of Modified Configuration, Improved Hardening, Large Repair Kit, and Pre-Battle Maintenance.
Increases Maximum View Range. The skill is more effective if observation devices are damaged, or when combined with Situational Awareness, Coated Optics, Experimental Optics, Bounty Optics, Binocular Telescope, and Optical Calibration.

Gunner
Improves major qualifications and all skills for the entire crew. This perk is cumulative with the effects of Improved Ventilation, Bounty Ventilation, Venting System, Extra Combat Rations, Chocolate, Case of Cola, Strong Coffee, Improved Combat Rations, Pudding and Tea, Onigiri, Buchty, Coffee with Cinnamon Buns, Bread with Smalec, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, and Vent Purge.
Improves accuracy during turret rotation. If two Gunners have this skill, only the higher rating takes effect. This skill is cumulative with the effects of Vertical Stabilizer equipment, Improved Rotation Mechanism, Stabilizing Equipment System, and Stabilizer Greasing.
Increases vehicle concealment. This skill is cumulative with the effects of camouflage (for the corresponding map type), Camouflage Net, Low Noise Exhaust System, and Natural Cover.

This perk is cumulative with the effects of Improved Ventilation, Bounty Ventilation, Venting System, Extra Combat Rations, Chocolate, Case of Cola, Strong Coffee, Improved Combat Rations, Pudding and Tea, Onigiri, Buchty, Coffee with Cinnamon Buns, Bread with Smalec, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, and Vent Purge.
Allows for quicker switching between shell types in a loaded gun. To activate this skill, a gun, a double-barreled gun, or a magazine must be fully loaded. If two loaders have the same skill, the average skill level is taken into account. The minimum time to change a shell type is 1 s for cyclic (standard) guns and 2.5 s for double-barreled guns and magazines.
Extends View Range. If two Radio Operators have the skill, only the higher rating is effective. The skill is cumulative with the effects of Recon, Coated Optics, Experimental Optics, Bounty Optics, Binocular Telescope, and Optical Calibration.
Increases ammo rack durability: the shells do not come into contact with each other. If two Loaders have this perk, the effect is not cumulative. This perk is cumulative with the effects of Modified Configuration.

(it is up to people they will go with Concealment or Recon for 4th skill, same for other crew members) Deadeye is not working until its 100% so its more beneficial to have Concealment.
For tier 10, you must have at least 3 skills at 100%.
Gunner - 5th skill - reset, get Dead Eye for more critical hits if you want to and start Repairs again.
Loader - 5th skill - reset, get Safe Stowage and start Repairs again.
